Absolutely, man. This isn’t just for a select few. This is for everyone…. Hell, we aren’t the only ones who struggle with this kinda shit either. In fact, I honestly have a lot of PTSD from a past relationship as well as my combat stuff. It’s real and a lot of ppl struggle with this shit for all different reasons, so I‘m glad you brought it up. The doors are wide open, brother.
